Returns and Complaints

As a consumer customer, you have a 14-day cancellation and return right under the Consumer Protection Act for your order or part of the ordered products. The return right is valid for 14 days from receiving the products; we do not accept returns after the 14-day return period.

Business customers do not have the right to cancel orders once the products have been dispatched unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The right of cancellation and return does not apply to customized products, sealed products, or hygiene products.

We reserve the right to accept or reject returns if the returned products do not match the condition of a brand-new original product.

Please read the return instructions and terms carefully before making a return.

Packing Returns

  • All returned products must be in like-new condition and in their original packaging. Original price tags and product labels must be attached. If the products are not in like-new condition, we reserve the right to withhold the full refund or refund only a part of the original price. 
  • Pack the returned products carefully and include the original packing slip. If the packing slip is not available, you may include a handwritten note with the customer's name and order number.

Uncollected Orders Are Not Returns

Do not leave your order uncollected at a parcel machine or pickup point. Pickup points usually store shipments for 7 days, after which the order will be returned to the sender as uncollected.

An uncollected order is not considered a return but a breach of contract by the buyer. When an order is returned to us uncollected, we will cancel your order and charge a fixed handling fee. We charge a €40 (incl. VAT) return and handling fee for uncollected orders.

Product Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges due to online store processes. If you wish to exchange a product, please proceed as follows:

  1. Return the products you wish to exchange in the usual manner.
  2. Place a new order for the product you want and pay for it normally.

The returned products will be refunded according to our return policy once the return has been received and inspected.

Complaints

Was the product broken or did it have a manufacturing defect? Please contact us within 7 days of collecting the product. Submit a complaint by filling in the return form below, select "product defect" as the reason, and describe the defect in the message.

After submitting the form, we will contact you shortly by email and ask you to send a few pictures of the defective product.

In case of complaints, the product will primarily be replaced with a new equivalent product.

Refunds

All refunds will be issued as soon as the return has been received, inspected, and processed. The refund will be automatically returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Do not send us your bank account information or other details. You will receive an email once the return has been processed. Funds will usually be returned within 1–2 business days after processing the return.

We will refund the original shipping costs in full if you returned all ordered products. If you keep part of the products, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Return Costs

Unfortunately, we cannot offer free returns due to high logistics costs. We charge a fixed return fee depending what country the return is shipped.

  • Return fee in Finland, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia and Sweden 15€ inc. taxes.
  • Return fee in Rest of Europe 30€ inc. taxes.

The return fee includes:

  • The cost of the return shipment as a PostNord return parcel
  • Sending the return shipping label to your email
  • Receiving and inspecting the return
  • Shelving and further processing of the return
  • Refund once the return has been processed

How to Make a Return

Fill in the Return and Complaint Form found at the bottom of the page. Once we have approved your return, you will receive a return label by email to print for the return shipment, along with detailed return instructions.

NOTE: All returns must be reported via the Return and Complaint Form. We only accept returns made according to the instructions. All returns made following the instructions will reach us; we do not pick up or process returns sent by other means. We are not responsible for lost return shipments. Always keep the return receipt and tracking code when sending a return.
