Cooler Master CRYONAMICS Thermopad

CryoNamics is a thermopad designed to maximize heat dissipation from CPUs, GPUs, RAM and other components. Using a phase-change material and extremely low thermal resistance (0.07 °C*in²/W), CryoNamics effectively fills micro gaps between surfaces and improves thermal conductivity under harsh operating conditions.

Phase-change material

The Phase Change Material used penetrates the micro gaps between surfaces, eliminating voids and improving heat transfer efficiency. This makes CryoNamics suitable not only for computers, but also for consumer electronics, automobiles or modular cooling systems.

Extremely low thermal resistance

CryoNamics offers an extremely low thermal resistance level of just 0.07 °C*in²/W. This means that heat is transferred faster and more efficiently, resulting in lower operating temperatures for components.

Silicone-free - greater compatibility and safety

The thermopad has been manufactured completely without silicone, which increases its compatibility with various materials and eliminates the risk of chemical reactions with delicate surfaces.
