Service protection with DJI Care Refresh

DJI Care Refresh is a service protection for DJI products that, for a small additional fee, offers two replacements of damaged equipment within one year, covering damage caused by impact or product contact with water, among other things. The damaged hardware will then be replaced with a new or equivalent new product. DJI Care Refresh can be activated one time up to 30 days after activation (first launch) of the device. For cameras, gimbals and stabilizers, it is not possible to extend the 30-day period.

 

DJI Action 4

For DJI Action 4 series cameras, the cost of the first replacement under DJI Care Refresh is PLN 119. The cost of the second replacement is 185 PLN, and the third replacement is 249 PLN.*.

*When you apply directly to the manufacturer, the replacement amount may change depending on the current exchange rate.

 

 

How to activate DJI Care Refresh

1 The code should be activated at:https://support.dji.com/care/active.
2. during the activation process, you need to provide the content of the Care Refresh code, the serial number of the device (it is located directly on the product) and the details of the person activating the Package (name, email address).
3. DJI Care Refresh will be activated and automatically assigned to the corresponding region. You will receive confirmation of DJI Care Refresh activation by email. Your equipment is now safe!

 

When an accident happens

1 The user reports the malfunction and sends the equipment to DJI's German service center with a note that it has DJI Care Refresh.
2.The user gets a repair quote and based on that, decides whether to repair/replace for a fee or through DJI Care Refresh.
3) After selecting DJI Care Refresh, the user pays the replacement fee and receives another unit.
4. The replaced product is shipped to the user on a priority basis with free shipping.

 

 

DJI Care Refresh does not cover

1) A lost or partially lost camera.
2) Stolen or abandoned product.
3) Additional accessories.
4) Intentional loss of the product.
5) Damage to the housing that does not affect the operation of the product.
6) Direct or indirect damage caused by acts of God.
7) Defects occurring outside the validity period of DJI Care Refresh.
8) Additional charges related to upgrading the model, improving its performance.
9) Defects resulting from carrying out modifications that are not in accordance with the recommendations found in the User's Manual or from using incompatible batteries and charger.
10) Defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries or software.
