The device offers two modes of operation: a "soft" mode (50-60 RPM) ideal for soft fruits and vegetables, such as oranges, grapes or strawberries, and a "hard" mode (100-110 RPM) for hard products, such as apples or carrots. This arrangement allows for optimal use of ingredients and the highest quality juice.

The AMZCHEF juicer is equipped with seven spiral pressing stages that effectively prevent jamming and ensure up to 90% juice yield.
