Simulation as in a real car

At the heart of the device is a direct servo drive with a torque of 12 Nm. This level of power perfectly reproduces the resistance of the steering wheel in racing and road cars, providing an extremely realistic experience. Every turn, every bump in the pavement and every overload is transmitted directly into your hands, creating a full immersion in the virtual world of racing. Meanwhile, the powerful engine in the R12 is an advanced design using a slanted gear arrangement inspired by the solutions from the flagship R21. By dividing the rotor into three precisely designed sections, the hardware reduces jerking effects, electromagnetic vibrations and noise. The result? Extremely smooth operation and a near-silent ride, even under heavy load.

The use of neodymium magnets and highly permeable magnetic cores has made it possible to achieve high performance with low power consumption. The 18-slot, 16-pole motor provides extremely low torque ripple, excellent vibration absorption and full control regardless of speed. A high-performance 280 MHz processor combined with optimized algorithms provides ultra-low latency FFB force and steering wheel response. As a result, your every command reaches the virtual vehicle almost instantly, which translates into even better control and smoother driving, creating the perfect environment for online competition enthusiasts.

MOZA introduces an advanced Force Feedback filtering algorithm that enriches the driving experience with even more details. Overload, oversteer or understeer - everything is conveyed with exceptional clarity and dynamics to make you feel the limits of grip even better.

Thoughtful design

The R12's chassis is made of aircraft-grade aluminum, and has been treated with paint and laser engraving. That's not only top-notch aesthetics, but also durability and resistance to heavy use. The standard 4-hole mount allows installation in most cockpits and racks. If space is limited, you can easily mount it even on a desk using a special bracket. The R12 also takes care of your safety. When the system detects that you have let go of the steering wheel, it will immediately stop the vibration and safely center it, protecting you from potential injury and ensuring that you regain control quickly.

Unlimited rotation and intelligent cooling

The steering wheel is connected to the base by a military-grade slip ring, with a service life of more than 5 million revolutions. This solution not only guarantees longevity, but also allows infinite rotation at high speed without the risk of signal interference. An advanced temperature control system continuously monitors the operating conditions of the motor and electronics, adjusting cooling parameters.
